Food intakes and outtakes

On this page I will document my daily intake of food/drink and exercise. At the moment, since I have only just started this site, it’s not much yet, but I hope to update this every day. I calculate the amount of calories I burn with walking/cycling etc. with the app ”Map My Fitness” and use MyFitnessPal to calculate calories of food and beverages.
