I have spent 6 weeks in treatment for bulimia. And have come out of it fairly confident that I can leave that part of my life behind me. Having said that, I am still overweight and aim to get down to the lowest weight I can that is within the healthy BMI range. I am starting on situps and squats again, and will start running again next week. (I need some time to catch up on the uni work I’ve missed if I want to graduate:P) I also have little weights at home I am using, to tone my arms more. At the moment, though I definitely still want to lose weight, my main focus lies on toning up. So at least if I don’t make my next goal weight (163 pounds/74 kilo’s) before the summer, at least I won’t be totally disgusting.
