I have decided that I will start with this diet today. Starting straightaway with the ABC won’t do me good, as I have not yet reduced my calorie intake that low, so I fear I might binge if I do the ABC. Hence this easier option. I just weighed myself, 87.5, unfortunately gained over the weekend, and my period started *angry fistshake at Mother Nature*.
The rules say that all fruit and vegetables are free, but I’m tempted to include them in my calorie count anyway. I mean, a decent sized banana is 110 calories, that’s quite a lot to just ignore… I haven’t made my mind up yet though. Other fruits I normally eat are apples, pomegranates, grapes, lychees and oranges. I will see how it goes.
