There is this girl on MPA, who has lost 31.8 pounds on the ABC diet. See here. And she’s so inspired me to have a go at the Ana Bootcamp Diet. The only issue is, that it’s quite extreme, and I’m not sure if I would be able to cope with so little calories, without building down first. But I’d love to lose almost 32 pounds, that would put me in the normal weight range! I just don’t know if I’m ready for it yet. And then the other issue is that eating so little would mess with my ability to concentrate, and I am in my final year of uni, so that’s obviously also very important to me. I would not want to perform less due to not eating enough…
What do you guys think? Stick it out till January exams, and then start it at the end of the month? Or start it now? Or start a shorter version now, where I only do it for half of the time rather than the full 50 days?
