I wish I had motivation to actually do any of my uni work. I’m just so tired all the time. The weightloss is going allright though, I’m slowly losing weight, and it’s staying off. I’m very motivated to lose as much as I can before December, as I will be visiting my family in Holland during the second and third week, and even though I know I’m going to be the fattest one there, I am determined to not have a massive gap in weight between me and others. I was 87.9 kilo’s this morning, and hope to be at least below 85 come December. I’m walking at least an hour every day, as I’m not allowed yet to exercise (long story, had surgery on the 27th of October to remove a bone tumor from my skull and needed CPR). I don’t dare to properly exercise yet anyway. Needing CPR is not something I wish to repeat, so I’m being very careful. Hence the walking lots, as that is the only thing that is allowed. I’m so lucky to live close to beaches! I love walking along the beach. I miss cycling though, but the beach walks make up for the lack of cycling.
